I really enjoy using my swim spa and so do my grandsons! I really like the fact that the swim spa uses salt and not chemicals and is easy to maintain. Roberts Leisure were amazing, sorting out the groundworks and installing - and very patiently turning the swim spa around when I changed my mind on seat direction the following year! I would definitely recommend.
Being new to hot tubs we were totally confused about where to even start. Luke provided us with all we needed to know before deciding to order. The whole process from initial enquiry to installation was effortless. Steve came on site to do the placement and installation, which was again easy and great to watch. Our Arctic Spa is now three years old, after picking up a set of filters for a six month water change, I thought a review of ownership was called for. I would like to highly recommend firstly the product which has been fantastic and faultless for the last three years giving us hours of pleasure, the Spaboy system is a joy, it just does what it is designed to do, we change the water twice a year and recharge the salt and that's it, a simple process.Secondly, Luke and the team have been excellent from the first meeting to look at the Spas and understanding our requirements, to installation, which was executed with minimal fuss and very professionally. Any issues we have had came from a lack of understanding on our part of the technology, dealing with the app and web based information, and on one occasion because Arctic spas servers were down, but Luke was there to explain and guide us along, and chased up with Arctic spas to get the answer about the problem. All things taken into account I can only rate our experience as a resounding 10/10 Keep up the good work.
Two years ago we decided to create a bit of an oasis at home — somewhere we could exercise, relax, entertain friends, and generally switch off from the day. I’d always liked the idea of having a hot tub, and around the same time I’d started reading more about the health benefits of regular sauna use, so incorporating both into the space felt like the obvious choice.
You can, of course, buy cheaper versions of both. But after finding Roberts Leisure and spending quite a bit of time speaking with Luke, it became clear that doing it properly the first time would be the better long-term investment. His advice was straightforward, knowledgeable and never pushy, which made the whole process feel easy.
We ended up choosing an Arctic Spas salt-based hot tub and a Tylo sauna. Both have been excellent — really well made and clearly designed to last. Luke and his small team handled the supply and installation professionally and with great attention to detail.
Everything is still working exactly as it should and we use both far more than we expected. The ongoing support has also been great whenever we’ve had questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roberts Leisure to anyone considering a similar setup.
P.S. - If you go for an Arctic Spa hot tub (and you should), don't skip the Spa Boy option! Despite its name, this is no gimmick and fully automates the salt-based sanitisation system so you literally never have to test the water and adjust chemicals. The app tells you the status of the water at all times, and the most you might have to do once in a blue moon is add a little pH adjuster. A game changer for anyone used to manually testing and adjusting chlorine-based systems.
There are three things you need to know if you’re thinking of getting a hot-tub.
Firstly, get a Spa Boy - salt system : maintaining water balance is literally effortless - no sampling and chemical treatment - just hop in when you fancy.
Secondly, understand there’s a great variety of tubs for all types of users and families.
Finally, get it from these guys. They’re super-helpful, offer great advice and stick to their promises. We couldn’t be happier with our tub and Luke is a star if there’s a problem.

Luke installed our hot tub a few years ago and the service we have had since has been impeccable. The hot tub is amazing, we use it a lot. If you’re debating about whether to get one, don’t hesitate, get one! We have the salt boy, which means there is no fiddling around with chemicals. It automatically adjusts the chlorine as needed.

We have recently taken delivery of an upgraded Timberwolf spa, equipped with Spa Boy, additional pumps and lighting etc. Luke was efficient, friendly and very thorough in his advice and information both pre and post delivery. Alongside this, the installation itself was seamless with great work from Luke’s dad and his team, together with an excellent performance by Phil the electrician. The Arctic Spa product itself is 5* top quality, and looks superb. Relaxing in the spa is sensational. If you are contemplating the installation of a spa, consult Luke for the best possible advice and service. Totally recommended.

We bought a hot tub 3 years ago when we moved into our new home. My husband was very keen to an Arctic Spa. I was very sceptical about our usage versus the cost and also the after service and maintenance. 3 years on, we are still regularly enjoying our Hot Tub, we have not regretted the purchase and the aftercare and follow on support from Luke has been exceptional. I would highly recommend them.
