Burnt Wood & The Cube Design
Shou Sugi Ban Cladding: The 19mm “burnt wood” exterior offers a striking charcoal aesthetic that offers natural protection to insects, rot, and moisture. It’s the ultimate sustainable, low-maintenance finish for a modern landscape.
Panoramic Views: Our signature “Cube” structure features a full-glass frontage. Choose Mirrored Glass for total privacy and a reflective “vanishing” effect, or Smoked Glass for a moody, high-end look.
Concealed Protection: While it looks like a flat-top cube, it hides a sophisticated pitched roof system. Constructed with marine ply and a rubber waterproof membrane, it discreetly funnels rain to a hidden rear drain.

Thermo-Woods & Ergonomics
Thermo Aspen Walls & Benches: We use Grade A, knot-free Thermo Aspen throughout the interior. Thermally treated at high temperatures, the process enhances dimensional stability and reduces moisture content, making the timber better suited to the demands of a sauna environment. The treatment also deepens the natural tone of the wood and creates a smooth, refined finish that feels comfortable under heat. With fewer knots and a clean grain structure, Thermo Aspen delivers a premium look and a calm, balanced atmosphere inside the sauna.
Deep Seating: Our benches are a generous 600mm deep, specifically designed so you can lie down fully without feeling like you’re going to slip off.
Durable Flooring: We utilize Thermo Pine for the floors, chosen for its rugged ability to handle heavy foot traffic and moisture.
Atmospheric Lighting: Experience “hidden” illumination. LED strips are tucked behind the backrests and under the top bench, washing the walls in a warm glow without ever shining directly in your eyes.
The FF-PIR Insulation Advantage
The Signature 200 is wrapped in 30mm Finnfoam FF-PIR panels. This isn’t standard insulation; it’s a high-spec thermal barrier with aluminium laminate.
