Description
The Yakia 400 L isn’t just an outdoor structure; it’s a dedicated lifestyle upgrade designed for those who want to bring people together or enjoy more room to stretch out. By prioritizing internal volume and airflow, the cabin facilitates a more breathable, traditional Nordic experience that remains steady and intense for as long as you choose to stay.
The build quality is defined by precision engineering. Crafted from 40mm thermally treated timber, the structure is built to withstand the UK climate while providing natural insulation. Inside, the Thermo-Aspen benches provide a warm contrast to the panoramic glazing, while hidden LED lighting creates a soft, tranquil glow. Powered by an upgraded 9kW Yakia system, the 400 L reaches your ideal temperature quickly, giving you a reliable escape from the pace of daily life.

Important Maintenance & Warranty Information
While exceptionally durable, Thermowood will naturally weather and fade over time.
To preserve its appearance, all external timber must be treated with a high-quality wood preservative immediately after installation.
Failure to carry out this treatment will invalidate the warranty.
Yakia recommends Ronseal Trade Total Wood Preserver (Clear) for optimal protection.
Electrical Installation Requirements
Electric heaters require a dedicated power supply; standard regular plug sockets will not work.
A qualified electrician must install a new dedicated circuit from your consumer unit, run appropriate gauge cable, and install a double-pole breaker rated for your 9kW heater.
The installation also requires a disconnect isolator switch near the sauna, and all connections must be properly grounded, tested, and certified.
